Whats Visible is Only Temporary

Can you see the eyes and the mouth? The way clouds change shape and colors has always been fascinating to me. What seems like something permanent can change or fade away in a matter of minutes. And the quality of detail is always wonderful too -- when the clouds cover up the sun and it bursts through.

A Sunset Long Since Past

The one word that comes to mind is Quiet. Whenever I see a sunset like this it's the only word I can use. It describes a very small time frame of the day in which nature seems to become almost silent for. This sunset has long since past, but it still calms me when I look at it.

Thinking about starting up again

Looking at my archives I got a warm feeling of why I did this blog in the first place, and I would like to continue to take more pictures and post them here. I now live about 2 minutes away from a beach so the new pictures I will post in the future should be even more beautiful.

I also do not mind that at the moment no one knows about this blog. But hopefully over time I can generate viewers through steady postings and quality pictures. People might see that and appreciate the archives, or start to submit their own pics... but! that is for another day. I believe in taking baby steps.
